Our Services
SUNDAY: Service commences at 11.00am

Usually on the first Sunday of the month (or as otherwise announced) our Service takes the form of a Holy Communion service.

Holy Communion is also celebrated on Good Friday and Christmas Morning in the form of a combined service with the English Baptist Church (also in Lammas Street), Zion Chapel in Mansel Street and the Carmarthen United Church in the Wesley Chapel in John Street.
The four Churches take it in turn the host these combined Holy Communion Services.

During the holiday month of August we again have combined Sunday Morning Services at these four churches.

Easter Morning Service in our Church always takes the form of a Holy Communion Service

The SUNDAY SCHOOL superintendants are Mrs Pat Howells and Mrs Jane Jones. The Sunday School is involved with the first part of the Sunday Morning Service, with the Childrens' Story after which members present an item and one of the members then announces the second hymn. After this and the general announcements, the Sunday School leaves the main service to persue its own agenda in the Church Schoolroom.
The LADIES' GUILD hold fortnightly meetings on Thursday afternoons during the months of February to November (with the exception of August) to which everyone is invited - not only our own members but all who may be interested will be warmly welcomed. They also holds three coffee mornings a year in our Schoolroom at the rear of the Church to help to raise funds for the work of the Church.
Meetings are suspended over the winter months and the next Guild Meeting will be held in March - details will appear here and in the "Carmarthen" section of Local News in the Carmarthen Journal
The Joint Secretaries of the Ladies' Guild are Mrs Marianne Wright and Mrs Olive Williams

....
O God, our Father, bless us and keep us all through today.
 At our work, make us dilligent;
In our pleasure, help s find delight only in such things as bring no regrets to follow.
In our homes.make us kind and considerate, ever trying to make the work of others easier, and not harder.
In our dealing with our feppow men and women, make us courteous and kindly.
In our dealings with ourselves, make us honest to face the truth.
And in every moment of this day, make us ever to remeber that in Thee we live and move and have ur being.
Throiugh Jesus Christ, our Lord.
Amen
